23RD MARCH 1930 IN HER 17TH MONTH
AGED 1 YEAR, 4 MONTHS.
Robert Shepherd, son of Edward Thomas
Shepherd, who was later stationmaster
of Bareilly died about 18 years later and is
buried in the Nainital Cemetery. His wife
and a daughter, Naomi, who was born later
moved to the UK. She lives in Bristol.

In Lucknow, as in other parts of the world, graves mean little to some people, but a search on the internet proves otherwise! What one will find on this blog isn't even 'a drop in the vast ocean' of tears that would have been shed if it were possible to calculate.
