Jumbo, as he was called by
family and friends, was from
Allahabad where he had worked
for the roadways in a technical
capacity having earlier started his
career in the railway workshops
at Charbagh, Lucknow.
Jumbo had two children, a son and
daughter, from his marriage to
his niece Jennifer Gordon.
(This blogger knew him for
a short while during the 1970's
80's)
