What one will find on this blog isn't even 'a drop in the vast ocean' of tears that would have been shed if it were possible to calculate. on FB messenger. Mark isn't aware of any
connection to Maj Gen Freemantle

He is remembered for a beautiful book he transcribed and illustrated. Using the text of the King James Bible, he copied by hand most of the Book of Psalms in excellent calligraphy and illuminated it with paintings of flowers, scenery and buildings in India. The work was a gift to his wife Clara. Recently this work has been published. by his son.
