IAN ZAFAR JORDAN
Died 1999 (?)
Zafar, a Lucknow journalist who
worked for The Pioneer and National
Herald and had contributed to other
publications used crutches to move
around owing to an attack of polio.
That didn't prevent him visiting
wildlife sanctuaries and writing about
the wild.
A good natured  bloke, he came from
an old Lucknow family.
