Mike writes: She was born Julia Isabel

 Victoria Lange on 1st September 1875, the

 daughter of Charles Lange (a watchmaker and

 fitter with the EIR) and Charlotte Noney. 

She married Isaac Hutton on 7th April 1891

 when he was 22 and she was 17. She had eight

 children: Reginald, Hilda (known as Ruby),

 Vernon (my grandfather), Eunice, Hawley, Ivy,

Leslie and Ivan. She died of Peritonitis on 3rd

 August 1949 in Lucknow.
In a subsequent email Mike wrote: In response to
your question, my great grandfather, Isaac Hutton,
 died on 21st March 1913 at Dehra Dun, UP and
was buried in St Thomas' Church.
